Yes - but not Justin TV.The plugin focus is MMS streams. There are at least two other developers working on LiveTV streams. Hopefully they will build upon what I have done.  Further growth would be adding flash streams, sopcast/vlc calls directly within the plugin (so you don't have to go to your PC), opml style loading (famine Smiley ) , Joost/Justin TV streams, Live Streaming Streams (I believe they are flash) and I'm sure million other things Smiley.

Whats the link to the HBO your talking about?

TVU was just added today to the SOP/VLC menu. Feel free to try it out. It will be similiar to the Sopcast procedures - most likely. TVU is P2P right? then no - there will be no direct TVU links within this plugin beyond the port call. If TVU plays in VLC, you could try transcoding to 8080 wmv 127.0.0.1 and use the vlc mms option in the plugin.

will this be compatible with streamtorrent? I believe that it is made by the tvants people.  I ask because almost all of the football games on sunday are streamed using this program.

I've had bad experiences with both stream torrent and tvants. Both of which seem to not connect to their servers very well or just refuse to load channels. If it then does load channels I see about 8 and thats it. I've added new servers to TVants to see if the server I was looking at just had a limited amount of channels but even adding new servers wouldn't let me get a more populated list of channels to choose from. It may be worth looking into adding it if the functionality can stand up to sopcast/tvu.

Interesting suggestion.
The post from AVAlien above says something about p2p services. I used streamtorrent last week to watch nfl and would love to watch it on my TV.ummm, now in reading again i see something about TVU which does stream some NFL as welll. I might have to check that out. Can anybody test this idea---in the post above by AVAlien

Correct - replace "
[Link Removed] You are not allowed to view links. Please login or register
Register or Login
http://whatever.com/whatever.flv
" = whatever your file is or C:\movie.flv - then save the file. Right click. Rename to vlc.bat. Double click on it. It should launch vlc transcoding that video file and streaming it to port 8080. Then start your PlayOn server.

Ok - TVAnts is fixed, should of not worked before. Adjusted SopandVLC.txt. Added more options for the VLC/Sopcast Menu. No plugin update needed.
